Vesting • You are vested in PR&C matching contributions in increments of 20% each year as long as you complete 1,000 hours worked from January through December during the year. Team Member Advantages Funeral Expenses

PR&C provides up to $5,000 to help cover funeral expenses for the death of a Team Member. (Benefit is available after your 90-day benefit eligibility waiting period.) Payment will be made directly to the funeral home upon presentation of a bill for funeral services by an immediate family member or a designated estate planner. Education Assistance Team Member Eligibility • Full-Time Team Members are eligible after 1 year of continuous service. • Part-Time Team Members are eligible after completing 2,000 service hours.

Team Members can further develop their skills in their present positions. Eligible programs include seminars, university or trade school courses, self-study courses, instructional videos or any other suitable method. Educational courses, including individual college courses, must be related to the Team Member’s current position. Team Members must not be on a probationary status during the course of study and be employed by PR&C when the course or program ends.
